Welcome to 10th Planet Long Island. By using our website or signing up for a class or membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and/or participating in any class, event, or program offered by 10th Planet Long Island, you agree to be bound by these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules posted at our facility or in membership agreements.

2. Membership & Billing

• Membership terms, pricing, and billing cycles are outlined in your specific membership agreement.
• Payments are auto-billed on your scheduled date and non-refundable except where required by law.
• To pause, cancel, or change a membership, written notice is required per the terms in your agreement.
• Fees may be updated from time to time; we will notify existing members in advance of any changes.

3. Facility Rules & Conduct

• All students must sign our liability waiver before their first class.
• Students are expected to arrive clean, with trimmed nails, in appropriate attire, and with a positive attitude.
• Any conduct that endangers others or disrupts class may result in removal from the facility and/or termination of membership.
• The 10th Planet Long Island coaching staff retain the right to refuse or end a training session for safety reasons.

4. Assumption of Risk

Jiu-jitsu, MMA, and martial arts training involve inherent risks of injury. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree that 10th Planet Long Island, its owners, coaches, and staff are not liable for injuries sustained during training, except in cases of gross negligence.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, photography, video, logos, and branding are the property of 10th Planet Long Island and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

6. Photography & Media

From time to time we photograph and film our classes for marketing and educational purposes. By training at 10PLI, you consent to appearing in this media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify the front desk in writing.

7. Website Use

This website is provided "as is." We do our best to keep class schedules and information accurate, but times and programs may change. Always call or check the latest schedule before traveling to class.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
